Description:  1970s Mexican Designer Gonzalo Bauer Girasol Dress

• This is a spectacular Gonzalo Bauer for Girasol dress from the early 1970s. It is in fabulous condition, probably never worn.  It is embellished with crocheted lace and intricate swirled applique cotton ribbon.  The dress is 100% cotton, with a metal zipper down the back.  This is a wearable piece of Mexican art from a unique period in Mexican history.
